Crafted with precision, our frame is primarily composed of robust metal materials like steel and galvanized pipes. These are meticulously cut, bent, and expertly welded to form the resilient skeleton of the VERTEX greenhouse. The diameter and wall thickness of each pipe are thoughtfully selected based on the greenhouse's size and desired load capacity. For instance, smaller greenhouses may feature pipes with a diameter of 25-32mm. In contrast, larger structures require pipes with greater diameters and thicker walls to ensure stability and withstand the elements such as plastic film, snow, and wind loads.
Our frames are available in a myriad of shapes, with arches and ridges being the most prevalent. The arch greenhouse boasts a circular frame design, ensuring an even distribution of force, optimal plastic film coverage, and a spacious interior. Meanwhile, the ridge greenhouse, akin to a house's roofline, offers superior drainage capabilities and enhanced spatial adaptability, ideal for cultivation methods demanding more vertical space.

 

Plastic Film
The plastic film serves as a fundamental covering material for our greenhouses. Popular choices include polyethylene (PE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) films. PE films offer affordability, excellent flexibility, and superior light transmittance ranging from 85%-93%. They also provide commendable puncture resistance. On the other hand, PVC films excel in thermal insulation, with light transmittance levels between 80%-90%. However, they come at a slightly higher price point and may experience plasticizer leakage over time, potentially affecting performance.
Our plastic film thickness options range from 0.08-0.2mm, offering varying durability levels-thicker films promise longevity but with increased costs. Color options also vary: transparent films ensure maximum light transmission, vital for photosynthesis. Additionally, films with unique pigments, such as blue-tinted options, can modulate light quality and foster specific plant growth advantages.

Ventilation System
Natural ventilation is a widely adopted method in our plastic film greenhouses. It is achieved through strategically placed vents on the side walls or roofs. Side wall vents consist of manually operable plastic steel windows or roll-up film vents managed by film rollers, offering easy operation and adjustable vent sizes. Roof vents, typically designed around the roof ridge, utilize the principle of rising hot air to efficiently discharge heat, thereby achieving effective ventilation and cooling.
In larger greenhouses, a mechanical ventilation system is often employed. This involves fans and ventilation pipes expertly integrated within the greenhouse structure. Fans, positioned on one side, actively draw in fresh air, which is then evenly distributed throughout the space via ventilation pipes. This method ensures high-efficiency ventilation, though it comes with elevated equipment and operational costs.

Sunshade System
The sunshade net is the cornerstone of our greenhouse sunshade systems. These nets can be installed internally or externally. Internal sunshades are easier to install and maintain, albeit with slightly reduced efficiency. External sunshades excel in blocking direct sunlight and preventing heat accumulation within the greenhouse. However, they require a more durable installation to withstand natural elements like wind and rain.
Sunshade nets are available in various shading rates, such as 40%, 60%, and 80%. For plants with minimal light needs, like edible fungi and flower seedlings, a higher shading rate net is advisable to shield them from excessive light intensity, ensuring optimal growth conditions.
