Typically, the backbone of our VERTEX High-Performance Po Film Greenhouse is sculpted from premium metal materials like robust steel and galvanized pipes. These pipes are skillfully cut, bent, and welded, creating a resilient and supportive structure. The choice of diameter and wall thickness hinges on greenhouse size and its designed load capacity. For instance, smaller greenhouses might utilize pipes with a 25-32mm diameter, while larger structures require pipes with more substantial diameters and thicker walls. This ensures steadfast stability, enabling the framework to support plastic films, withstand snow and wind loads, and bear additional weights with ease.
Our frames offer a plethora of shapes, including popular arches and ridges. The circular arch frame promotes superior plastic film coverage with uniform force distribution, yielding a spacious internal environment. Conversely, the ridge greenhouse mimics a traditional house peak, offering excellent drainage benefits and increased spatial flexibility-perfect for planting methods demanding higher vertical space.

 

Plastic Film
As a pivotal covering material, plastic film comes in varieties like polyethylene (PE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). PE film is cost-effective, boasts exceptional flexibility, and delivers high light transmittance of approximately 85%-93%. Its puncture resistance is noteworthy. On the other hand, PVC film excels in thermal insulation with 80%-90% light transmittance. Though slightly pricier, it may experience plasticizer leakage over time, influencing film performance.
Our films range in thickness from 0.08-0.2mm, with thicker options offering enhanced durability at an increased cost. Transparent films provide optimal light transmission, fostering plant photosynthesis. Ventilation System
Natural ventilation remains a favored strategy in plastic film greenhouses. This is achieved via strategically placed sidewall or roof vents. Sidewall vents are either manually operated plastic steel windows or film roller-controlled vents, offering adjustable vent sizes.
