Our greenhouses are crafted with precision using robust metal materials, including high-quality steel and galvanized pipes. These components are meticulously cut, bent, and welded to form a resilient structure that serves as the backbone of our innovative greenhouses. Depending on the greenhouse's size and load-bearing requirements, we use steel pipes with varying diameters and wall thicknesses. For instance, compact greenhouses feature pipes with a diameter of 25-32mm, while larger structures utilize pipes with increased diameters and thicker walls to ensure exceptional stability and durability against elements such as plastic films, snow, and wind loads.
Our frames are available in multiple designs, with popular choices being the elegant arches and practical ridges. The gracefully curved frame of the arch greenhouse enhances plastic film coverage, ensuring uniformity and maximizing internal space. In contrast, our ridge greenhouse mirrors the structured ridge of a house, offering superb drainage benefits and variable spatial usage, ideal for specific planting methods that demand elevated areas.

 

Plastic film
The plastic film is a crucial element of our greenhouse coverings, playing a vital role in creating the perfect environment for plant growth. Predominantly, we utilize polyethylene (PE) film and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film. PE film is budget-friendly, offers excellent flexibility, and boasts a remarkable light transmittance ranging from 85% to 93%, along with commendable puncture resistance. Meanwhile, PVC film excels in thermal insulation, achieving light transmittance between 80% and 90%, albeit at a slightly higher cost. However, PVC film's plasticizer may deteriorate over time, potentially impacting its performance.
Our plastic films come in a variety of thicknesses, typically ranging from 0.08mm to 0.2mm. While thicker films promise enhanced longevity, they also incur higher costs. Film color options allow for tailored light transmission, with transparent films providing optimal conditions for photosynthesis. Additionally, specialty films, such as blue-tinted options, can modify light quality, significantly benefiting the growth of specific plants.

Ventilation system
Natural ventilation is an integral feature of our plastic film greenhouses, fostering an ideal environment for thriving plants. We achieve this through strategically placed vents on the greenhouse's side walls or roofs. Side wall vents can be manually adjusted using plastic steel windows or conveniently controlled through film rollers. Roof vents capitalize on the natural phenomenon of hot air rising by employing ridge ventilation, efficiently expelling heat and enhancing air circulation within the greenhouse.
In larger plastic film greenhouses, we integrate advanced mechanical ventilation systems, comprising powerful fans and carefully distributed ventilation pipes. By installing fans on one side and dispersing ventilation pipes throughout, we ensure fresh air reaches every corner of the greenhouse. Though this approach offers superior ventilation efficiency, it does involve higher equipment and operational costs.

Sunshade system
Our greenhouse sunshade system is anchored by the versatile sunshade net, which can be installed either inside or outside. Interior sunshade nets are straightforward to install and maintain, though they offer slightly less shading.
