Product Description
1. Frame structure
Generally, hot-dip galvanized steel pipe is used as the skeleton, which has good anti-corrosion properties. The frame includes column, arch rod, pull rod and so on. The column mainly plays a supporting role, transferring the weight of the entire greenhouse to the ground foundation. The arch rod forms the arch structure of the greenhouse and is the main component carrying the plastic film, its shape is conducive to the slide of rain and snow, reducing the pressure on the top of the greenhouse. The tie rod connects each column and arch rod, making the frame structure of the greenhouse more stable and enhancing the overall wind resistance.
2. Cover material
Plastic film is the key covering. Commonly used are PE film and PO film. PE film has good light transmission, flexibility and weather resistance, and the price is relatively low. The thermal insulation performance of PO film is better than that of PE film. The thickness of the film is generally between 0.08-0.2mm, and the thicker film is relatively stronger, but the cost will also increase.
