Frame Part
Crafted from robust metal materials such as steel and galvanized pipes, the frame forms the steadfast skeleton of the VERTEX Commercial Greenhouse. The dimensions of these pipes, including diameter and wall thickness, are meticulously chosen based on the greenhouse's size and design specifications. For instance, smaller greenhouses utilize pipes with diameters of 25-32mm, whereas larger structures employ thicker, broader pipes to bolster stability, ensuring resilience against wind loads, snow, and the weight of plastic films.
Our frames are available in a range of shapes, notably arches and ridges. The arch design provides a circular contour that enhances the coverage of plastic film, promoting uniform force distribution and offering an expansive internal space. Meanwhile, the ridge greenhouse mimics the shape of a house's ridge, providing superior drainage and flexible spatial use, catering to specific planting methods that necessitate higher space.

 

Plastic Film
As a pivotal covering material, plastic films in our greenhouses include polyethylene (PE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) varieties. PE film boasts affordability, excellent flexibility, and high light transmittance of 85%-93%, paired with commendable puncture resistance. Conversely, the PVC film, while slightly pricier, offers superior thermal insulation and a light transmittance range of 80%-90%, albeit with potential plasticizer leakage over time.
The plastic film's thickness offers versatile options ranging from 0.08-0.2mm. Thicker films provide enhanced durability, albeit at a higher cost. The film's color also varies; transparent options afford optimal light transmission, aiding photosynthesis. Additionally, films infused with special pigments, like blue, can adjust light quality, fostering specific plant growth.

Ventilation System
Natural ventilation remains a hallmark feature in our greenhouse designs. Implemented via strategically placed side wall and roof vents, this system can include manually adjustable plastic steel windows or film roller-controlled vents. Particularly effective, the roof ridge ventilation system utilizes the natural rise of hot air to facilitate cooling, ensuring a well-ventilated environment.
For larger greenhouses, mechanical ventilation systems come into play, comprising fans and strategically placed ventilation pipes. Fans typically position on one side, distributing fresh air throughout the greenhouse, ensuring high efficiency in air circulation. Sunshade System
The sunshade system incorporates versatile nets, installed either internally or externally. Internal nets simplify installation and maintenance, though external nets excel in shading, directly blocking sunlight on the plastic film to minimize heat buildup. However, external systems necessitate a robust structure to withstand wind and rain.
Our sunshade nets are available in varying specifications, including 40%, 60%, and 80% shading rates. For plants with minimal light needs, such as edible fungi and flower seedlings, higher shading rates are ideal to prevent light damage, ensuring optimal growing conditions.
