Ventilation system
1. Natural ventilation system: mainly rely on side Windows and top Windows to achieve. Side Windows are usually placed on the side of the greenhouse and are opened and closed manually or electrically. The top window is generally located at the top of the greenhouse, and there are many ways to open it, such as rack and pinion opening. When the indoor temperature rises, the hot air rises and exits through the top window, while the cold air outside enters through the side window, forming natural ventilation and regulating the indoor temperature and humidity.
2. Forced ventilation system: equipped with exhaust fans, exhaust fans installed at one or both ends of the greenhouse. Sunshade system
1. Irrigation system
1. Drip irrigation system: This is one of the commonly used irrigation methods in glass greenhouses. Drip irrigation can precisely control the amount of water, reduce water evaporation and waste, and at the same time, the fertilizer can be dissolved in the water and delivered to the plant roots through the drip irrigation system to achieve precise fertilization.
2. Micro-sprinkler irrigation system: The sprinkler head is installed on the top of the greenhouse or a certain height above the plant, and the water is sprayed out in the form of small droplets. This way can increase the air humidity, suitable for some plants with high air humidity requirements. Moreover, micro-sprinkler irrigation covers a large area and can irrigate multiple plants at the same time.
Heating system
1. Hot water heating system: water is heated through boilers and other equipment, and hot water circulates through pipes on the ground or space of the greenhouse to release heat to increase the indoor temperature. The system heats evenly, the temperature is easy to control, and the waste heat can be used for other operations, such as hot water irrigation.
2. Hot air heating system: The use of hot air fan to heat the air into the greenhouse, the heating rate is relatively fast. It can flexibly adjust the position and Angle of the air supply outlet according to the needs, so that the heat distribution is more reasonable
Control system
The intelligent control system is one of the core parts of the glass greenhouse. It can automatically monitor and control environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, light and ventilation.
