Temperature and humidity control system Equipped with efficient air conditioning and ventilation. The air conditioning system can quickly adjust the temperature in the box, so that the temperature is kept in the most suitable range for plant growth, generally between 18-28 ° C. At the same time, through the humidity sensor feedback data, the dehumidifier and the humidifier work together. When the humidity is higher than the set value, the dehumidifier starts to remove excess water. When the humidity is below the set value, the humidifier releases water vapor to maintain the humidity at a suitable level, such as 60%-80%, to ensure that the plant's transpiration and photosynthesis are normal.

Nutrient fluid circulation system There are special nutrient solution storage tanks and circulation pipes. The nutrient solution is precisely formulated according to the nutritional needs of different plants and contains a large number of elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and trace elements such as iron, manganese and zinc. The circulation system carries the nutrient solution to the roots of the plant through a pump, and then recycles it. For example, in hydroponic mode, the nutrient solution is continuously circulated, ensuring that the plant roots are always immersed in a solution with sufficient nutrients. Moreover, parameters such as nutrient solution concentration, pH (pH) and electrical conductivity (EC value) are monitored and adjusted in real time to meet the dynamic needs of plant growth.

Carbon dioxide supply system Includes carbon dioxide storage cylinders and release devices. Plants need to absorb carbon dioxide during photosynthesis, and in the closed environment of container plant factories, carbon dioxide will be properly supplemented in order to improve photosynthetic efficiency. In general, the concentration of carbon dioxide is maintained at about 800-1200 PPM, which is higher than the concentration in the natural environment. When there is sufficient light, increasing the supply of carbon dioxide can significantly increase the photosynthetic rate of plants, thereby increasing production.
