Frame part
The core structure of our VERTEX PE Film Greenhouse is crafted using high-quality metal materials, notably steel and galvanized pipes. These elements are meticulously cut, bent, and welded to create a robust framework. The steel pipes' diameter and wall thickness are tailored to the greenhouse's size and load-bearing design. In smaller greenhouses, diameters range between 25-32mm. Larger greenhouses utilize pipes with greater diameters and thicker walls to ensure structural stability, accommodating the weight of plastic films, and withstanding snow and wind loads.
Our frames are available in diverse architectural shapes, with the graceful arch and the classic ridge being the most popular. The arch greenhouse boasts a circular frame design, facilitating an even distribution of cover with the plastic film and offering a generously open interior space. Conversely, the ridge greenhouse mirrors the contour of a traditional house's roof, providing superior drainage and spatial flexibility. This feature is particularly advantageous for planting techniques necessitating elevated space.

 

Plastic film
As a pivotal covering material, our greenhouse utilizes premium plastic films such as polyethylene (PE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). PE films offer exceptional value, boasting admirable flexibility and high light transmittance, typically between 85%-93%, while maintaining robust puncture resistance. PVC films excel in thermal insulation with light transmittance ranging from 80%-90%, albeit at a marginally higher price. However, it's essential to note that over time, PVC plasticizers may migrate, influencing film performance.
Plastic film thickness varies from 0.08-0.2mm, offering options tailored to durability and cost considerations. Transparent films excel in light transmission, enhancing plant photosynthesis. Additionally, some films incorporate special pigments, such as blue, to modulate light quality, promoting specific plant growth.

Ventilation system
Natural ventilation is a prevalent method in our greenhouse designs, achieved through strategically placed vents on the sidewalls and roofs. These include manually operable plastic steel windows or rollable film vents controlled by film rollers, offering easy operation and adjustable vent sizes. Roof vents typically employ ridge ventilation, facilitating hot air expulsion using convection principles to ensure effective cooling and air circulation.
For larger installations, we offer advanced mechanical ventilation systems comprising fans and ductwork. Positioned typically on one side of the greenhouse, these systems efficiently distribute fresh air throughout the structure, though they do entail higher equipment and operational costs, reflecting their superior ventilation capabilities.

Sunshade system
The sunshade system hinges on the use of a sunshade net, which can be installed either inside or outside the greenhouse. Internal installations are easier to manage and maintain, though external applications provide superior shading, directly shielding the plastic film from sunlight and mitigating heat buildup within the greenhouse.
