Frame Part
The framework of our greenhouses predominantly uses hot-dip galvanized steel, known for its exceptional resistance to corrosion. The structure encompasses columns, beams, and arch rods. Columns are centrally and peripherally placed to bear the entire building's load, maintaining the greenhouse's structural integrity. Beams interlink the columns, forming a cohesive spatial architecture and bolstering the greenhouse's resistance to wind and pressure. Arches are strategically positioned along the roof and sides, optimizing the distribution of roof stress.

Covering Material
As denoted by its name, the primary covering material is glass, often tempered or float glass. Tempered glass is highly resilient, capable of withstanding severe impacts from elements like hail or snow. Float glass, with its smooth surface and superior optical properties, allows maximum light penetration, which is crucial for adequate plant photosynthesis. With a light transmittance rate reaching around 90%, it ensures that the greenhouse environment is sufficiently illuminated for optimal plant growth.

 

Ventilation System
1. Our natural ventilation system primarily utilizes side and top windows. Side windows are strategically installed on both sides of the greenhouse at an ideal height to facilitate the removal of warm air, while drawing in fresh, cooler air through natural convection during warm days. Top windows, positioned at the greenhouse peak, are crucial for expelling accumulated hot air, especially during sweltering summer periods, thereby maintaining a balanced internal climate.
2. Our mechanical ventilation system includes efficient exhaust fans and supplementary equipment. This system is vital when natural ventilation is insufficient, such as during periods of extreme heat and humidity or when rapid environmental adjustments within the greenhouse are necessary. Sunshade System

It consists of a sunshade net that can be motor-driven to extend or retract based on sunlight intensity and plant requirements. Internally, a sunshade system is also installed, providing additional shading and cooling by day and aiding in heat retention at night.
